To make a payment online through PayPal, please complete the following steps:

1. Enter Patient Name
2. Enter Patient Number
3. Click Done
4. Once directed to PayPal, enter the amount you wish to pay.
5. Complete the required fields.
6. Click Pay Now.
7. Print confirmation page for your records.
